I use Prettier to reduce visual noise and make the CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and TypeScript examples on this blog easier to read. Here is my configuration and the reasoning behind each setting.

Let’s connect some Ikea TRÅDFRI bulbs to your KAKU ICS-2000. Adding them is not so easy, as the manuals just did not work.

Today I helped my neighbour to set up her new Honeywell T6 thermostat on a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It did not go well… Turned out that the setup does not work on Samsung devices.

Add black borders to terminal screen recordings

For some blogs I need to capture terminal screens. The recording of these types of screens have different requirement then normal application or website recordings. The bottom of the video is the most important part, the letters need to be crisp and readable for the end user.

My Little List of Tools for Prototyping

As a developer I love to prototype to see if an idea works. Thinking big and starting small is actually one of Wehkamp’s principles. And, let’s face it, that’s not easy!

Usually it starts by getting an idea of the core concept that should be validated. Especially when working with teams, communication is key. This list of tools helped me over the years to draw or code out some of these concepts and get a discussion started.
