300.000+ open source icons in SVG and PNG

There are so many open source projects that provide icon libraries. The excellent Iconify project brings them all together so they can be searched, changed and downloaded.

You can tweak icons before getting it in PNG, SVG or even CSS.

I've used the project on this blog and often in presentations and diagrams.
